CHARLES  Casha, awtur ta' kotba bil-Malti,  twieled il-Marsa, fil-21 ta' Settembru, 1943. Kiteb u ppubblika diversi kotba kemm għat-tfal u kemm għall-kbar. Fil-bidu tas-snin sebgħin kien  kiseb suċċess kbir bil-karattru li ħoloq - Fra Mudest. Fil-25 ta' ,April, 2007  ingħata Ġieħ  il-Marsa mill-Kunsill Lokali bħala rikonoxximent għall-ħidma tiegħu fil-qasam  tal-letteratura.

CHARLES Casha  author of books in  Maltese, was born  on the 21 st. September, 1943. He wrote short stories, novels, and plays as well as text-books for the teaching of the Maltese language. He has also published five novels and five books of short stories for adults. In the seventies his stories about Fra Mudest,  were a huge success. He was awarded  Ġieħ il-Marsa by the local  council,  on the 25 th April, 2007.
